• Appointment Scheduling: Appointments for tire installation, repair services, and maintenance can be made via our Websites or by phone. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

• Service Estimates: We provide estimates for all services, and any additional work required will be discussed with you before proceeding. Please note that estimates are subject to change based on the condition of your vehicle or other unforeseen factors.

• Service Time: We strive to complete services within the estimated time, but service completion may be delayed due to unforeseen issues. We will notify you of any delays.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Full payment is required upon completion of services.

• Deposit: For certain services or high-cost repairs, we may require a deposit. This will be communicated to you before service begins.

• Failure to Pay: If payment is not received, we reserve the right to retain the vehicle until full payment is made. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action for unpaid balances.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

• Tires: Tires purchased from Styles Tires and Auto Repair may come with manufacturer warranties. We will assist with claims, but the responsibility lies with the tire manufacturer.

• Mechanical Repairs: We guarantee the quality of our work and offer a [30/60/90-day or 1-year] limited warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

• Exclusions: Certain services such as diagnostics, inspections, or used parts may not come with a warranty. You will be informed of any warranty limitations prior to service.

5. Refunds and Returns

• Tires: Tires that have not been installed may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Installed tires or custom orders are non-refundable.

• Services: Service charges are non-refundable once the work has been performed. If you experience issues with a service we performed, please contact us to resolve the matter under our service guarantee policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and any issues. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the service provided.

• Vehicle Pickup: Once services are completed, you must pick up your vehicle promptly. We are not responsible for any damages or theft to vehicles left on our property after service completion.

• Personal Items: We are not responsible for any personal items left in your vehicle during service.

• Limitations of Liability: Styles Tires and Auto Repair will not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Websites or services, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, loss of data, or delays.
