3. Payment Terms

Tires: Tires purchased from Styles Tires and Auto Repair may come with manufacturer warranties. We will assist with claims, but the responsibility lies with the tire manufacturer.

Mechanical Repairs: We guarantee the quality of our work and offer a [30/60/90-day or 1-year] limited warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

5. Refunds and Returns

Tires: Tires that have not been installed may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Installed tires or custom orders are non-refundable.

Services: Service charges are non-refundable once the work has been performed. If you experience issues with a service we performed, please contact us to resolve the matter under our service guarantee policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and any issues. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the service provided.

Vehicle Pickup: Once services are completed, you must pick up your vehicle promptly. We are not responsible for any damages or theft to vehicles left on our property after service completion.

Personal Items: We are not responsible for any personal items left in your vehicle during service.
